ЕМНИП, маскировочную окраску еще в Русско-Турецкую наши на миноносках «Чесма», «Синоп», «Наварин» и «Сухум-Кале» применили. Правда однотонную, то ли темно-серую, то ли светло-зеленую, типа под воду)...
